I compared your css to mine, replace
.box.rightspeech .background, .box.rightspeech .background div {background:transparent; } box.rightspeech .background, .box.rightspeech .background div,.box.rightspeech .bc1, .box.rightspeech .bc2, .box.rightspeech .bc3, .box.rightspeech .bc4{ background:transparent; }
with this
.box.rightspeech .boxparts div, .box.rightspeech .boxparts .bc5, .box.rightspeech .boxparts .bc6, .box.rightbar .boxparts div, img{ background:transparent; }
It should work.

Does anybody know the part in the CSS to move the profile picture down? and could they please tell/show me?
